Shipping Address & Changes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
  • Address changes can be requested before dispatch by emailing support@lureaz.com. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.
  • PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and remote areas may require additional time or limitations by carrier.
  • Orders flagged for verification may require confirmation to prevent fraud; this can affect dispatch time.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in product prices or shipping fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Delivery Attempts & Returned Parcels

  • If the carrier cannot complete delivery and the parcel is returned to sender, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional postage may apply) or issue a refund minus original shipping costs if any were paid for expedited service.
  • Unclaimed parcels or repeated failed delivery attempts may be treated as a return per our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Loss, Delay, or Damage

  • All shipments include tracking and basic carrier insurance up to the carrier’s standard limits.
  • If your parcel appears delayed or lost in transit, contact us at support@lureaz.com with your order number and tracking link.
  • For items damaged on arrival or received incorrectly, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist promptly.
  • If a parcel is lost after delivery confirmation, please contact the carrier directly.

Pre-Orders & Split Shipments

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the eligibility terms below. This policy applies to orders placed on lureaz.com.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all protective films, tags, manuals, and packaging included.
  • Please keep your order number or proof of purchase ready to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and shipped back by the due date stated in your RMA instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or engraved items, adjusted bracelets/straps cut to size, or special-order products.
  • Items showing wear, scratches, missing parts, or damage caused by misuse.
  • Final-sale items, gift cards, or digital downloads (if applicable).
  • Any item returned without an approved RMA.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@lureaz.com with your Order Number, item(s) to return, and reason for return (photos required for defective or damaged items).
  2. Receive your RMA and detailed return instructions, including the correct warehouse address. We operate multiple fulfillment centers—returns without an RMA may be refused.
  3. Package the item securely with all original materials and ship it using a trackable method by the date provided.

Tip: Use a trackable courier service and keep the receipt until your refund is completed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect item received: We provide a prepaid return label or reimbursement after verification.
  • Other returns (change of mind, wrong item ordered, etc.): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original expedited shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Inspection & Restocking

  • All returns are inspected upon receipt. To qualify for a full refund, items must meet all eligibility conditions.
  • If items are missing parts or show signs of use, a reasonable restocking fee (up to 15%) may apply, or the return may be declined.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after inspection; your card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
  • Original expedited shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different color or model, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Depending on availability, we may process an exchange directly or ask you to return for a refund and place a new order.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • Report issues within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • After verification, we’ll issue a replacement or provide a prepaid return label and full refund.

International Returns

When returning an item from outside the U.S., mark the parcel as “Returned Goods – No Commercial Value” per local customs requirements. Duties or taxes billed to us by the carrier may be deducted from your refund.
