Overview
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the eligibility terms below. This policy applies to orders placed on lureaz.com.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all protective films, tags, manuals, and packaging included.
- Please keep your order number or proof of purchase ready to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and shipped back by the due date stated in your RMA instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or engraved items, adjusted bracelets/straps cut to size, or special-order products.
- Items showing wear, scratches, missing parts, or damage caused by misuse.
- Final-sale items, gift cards, or digital downloads (if applicable).
- Any item returned without an approved RMA.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@lureaz.com with your Order Number, item(s) to return, and reason for return (photos required for defective or damaged items).
- Receive your RMA and detailed return instructions, including the correct warehouse address. We operate multiple fulfillment centers—returns without an RMA may be refused.
- Package the item securely with all original materials and ship it using a trackable method by the date provided.
Tip: Use a trackable courier service and keep the receipt until your refund is completed.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect item received: We provide a prepaid return label or reimbursement after verification.
- Other returns (change of mind, wrong item ordered, etc.): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original expedited shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Inspection & Restocking
- All returns are inspected upon receipt. To qualify for a full refund, items must meet all eligibility conditions.
- If items are missing parts or show signs of use, a reasonable restocking fee (up to 15%) may apply, or the return may be declined.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after inspection; your card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
- Original expedited shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
If your refund seems delayed or missing, please contact your bank or card provider first. If unresolved, email us at support@lureaz.com.
Exchanges
To exchange for a different color or model, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Depending on availability, we may process an exchange directly or ask you to return for a refund and place a new order.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
- Report issues within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging.
- After verification, we’ll issue a replacement or provide a prepaid return label and full refund.
International Returns
When returning an item from outside the U.S., mark the parcel as “Returned Goods – No Commercial Value” per local customs requirements. Duties or taxes billed to us by the carrier may be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt as proof of return.
Important Delivery Note
Once a parcel is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, any loss or theft after delivery is outside our responsibility. For post-delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to assist with guidance if needed.
Order Cancellations
You may request an order cancellation before dispatch by emailing support@lureaz.com. If the order has already shipped, please follow the return process once it arrives.
