Warranty Policy
Lureaz watches are covered by a 2-Year International Warranty against manufacturing defects.
Coverage
Lureaz provides a 2-Year International Warranty from the original delivery date for defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. We will, at our discretion, repair or replace a defective watch with an identical or equivalent model.
What’s Included
- Movement defects and manufacturing faults.
- Case or dial defects not caused by misuse, impact, or chemicals.
- Hands/markers defects due to manufacturing issues.
Exclusions
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading, strap/bracelet wear, crystal scuffs).
- Battery depletion; damage from accidents, drops, moisture intrusion due to improper handling.
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or non-compliant usage.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect function; loss or theft.
- Water damage where water-resistance ratings were exceeded or crown was not secured.
Proof of Purchase
Warranty service requires a valid order number or receipt from lureaz.com. Warranty is applicable to the original purchaser (or gift recipient with proof of purchase).
How to Request Warranty Service
- Email support@lureaz.com with your Order Number, description of the issue, and clear photos/video.
- Receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) with the correct return center address and instructions.
- Ship the watch securely in original or equivalent protective packaging. Remove personal accessories not required for service.
Turnaround: typically 7–14 business days from receipt at our service center, excluding transit time and parts availability.
Shipping & Costs
- Within 30 days of delivery (verified defect): we provide a prepaid return label or equivalent solution.
- After 30 days: you cover inbound shipping to our center; we cover return shipping back to you for approved warranty repairs/replacements.
- International returns: duties/taxes charged to us by carriers may be deducted if the parcel is not declared properly as “Returned Goods”.
Limitations
This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction. Lureaz is not liable for incidental or consequential damages where prohibited by law. Warranty service is valid only via Lureaz or our authorized service partners and may require like-for-like replacement with a new or refurbished unit.
