At Lureaz, we are committed to providing a safe, transparent, and worry-free shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Return & Refund

You may be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • The item is significantly different from the product description or images on our website

Exclusions: We do not accept returns for items with minor cosmetic packaging imperfections or damages caused by misuse or mishandling.

2. Return Period

Customers must contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to initiate a return or refund request.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To start a return, email us at support@lureaz.com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • Clear photos or a short video showing the issue (if applicable)

Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days. If approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.

Please ensure the item is securely packaged. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated in the approval.

5. Refund Information

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive and approve the return.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • Refund Coverage: Only the product price will be refunded. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are non-refundable.

6. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@lureaz.com.
  • After 12 hours, or once a tracking number has been issued, the order cannot be canceled as it will already be in processing or shipment.

7. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn't arrived after confirmation:

  • Check your bank or card statement
  • Contact your payment provider as processing times may vary
